Impact Boxing and Fitness Centre knows the importance of support and correct guidance in the gym. That's why we have a whole team of Professional Trainers, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, a Nutritionist and a Natural Health Practitioner, to ensure that your training can be looked at as a whole and you can get the help where need be.

About Impact Boxing and Fitness Centre

Originally known as Impact Boxing Academy, we are now Impact Boxing and Fitness Centre.

With a new premises not too far from our old gym, we have improved

our equipment and we now have a bigger space, but the attitude of the gym has not changed.

Impact boxing and fitness centre is a Boxing Gym as well as Strength and Conditioning based facility open to everyone. From the beginner to the elite athletes. We are passionate about getting you fitter and stronger whilst providing a positive and encouraging environment.

Each member is treated individually and has the ability to receive personalised training programs, nutrition plans and constant support thanks to our large team of expert coaches. Our professional coaches offer no cookie cutter programs or one size fits all print outs, each person is an individual and when you work with them you will understand what we mean.

Our facility always has coaching supervision to ensure a relaxed and safe environment.

Membership

Our membership is different to other gyms, we don't just hand you a swipe card and send you on your way. All our memberships include gym access, there is always a coach in the gym if you need supervision for spotting and technique correction, so you don't have to worry if you're unsure of how to perform an exercise.

Coaching

All of our coaches are highly qualified in the health and fitness industry. They are always up skilling and attending new trainings to ensure that the information they give to you is of the most recent and up to date. Our coaches range from boxing, strength and conditioning, nutrition and health consulting.
